Gio Dee
David Appolon (born March 8, 1992), best known by his stage name Gio Dee, is an American hip-hop artist/songwriter from Boston, Massachusetts. He is the leader of the Chef Boyz, a music group based out of the greater Boston Area. After the release of his mixtape, "TOTB: The 2nd Coming", on February 23, 2015, Appolon's New England following quickly spread nationwide. Hosted by DJ Holiday, this mixtape featured acts from The HBK Gang's Kool John, Millyz, and Quentin Miller. The majority of Appolon's success is credited to his unique style. Despite the variety of sounds coming from Boston's underground hip-hop scene at the time (Cousin Stizz, Michael Christmas, Avenue, Cam Meekins), he found a way to stand out. == Musical Career ==
